Summary

As an ambitious self-starter and competitor with over 20 years of experience as an accomplished, seasoned mother/educator of five children I bring a fresh perspective to the classroom. My talents are both nurturing and challenging our young children whose parents have entrusted me to not only provide them with the gift of knowledge but also to instill in them moral principles and values, especially during their formative years. In addition, now that students are using Chromebooks as an education device, it is important that I provide them with the tools to use them effectively. I am fluent in Google slides production and Google Classroom. Since the pandemic, we have had to recalibrate our brains to reach our students who have been affected by this unprecedented event. We have to dig in and meet this group of students where they are and carry them across the finish line by adding the necessary life-skills and tools that allow them to work smarter. I embrace all the challenges teachers face today and I can see perspectives from all angles; administrators, other teachers, parents, the community, and most importantly, our students.
