Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive

• Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
• Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
• Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
• Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
• Help each team member solve challenges, identify priorities, and remove obstacles to their efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.

• Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots,and pans using dishwasher machines or by hand. Ensuring all items are clean and sanitized according to health and safety
• Keeping the dishwashing area clean and organized, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down counters, and taking out trash.
• Regularly checking and maintaining the dishwasher machine and other cleaning equipment. Reporting any malfunctions or issues to the kitchen manager.
• Supporting the kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables, portioning ingredients, and preparing salads when needed.
