Implemented user authentication using an Express backend with JWT and cookie-based session management. Developed the frontend based on Figma designs, ensuring responsive and mobile-friendly UI across devices.

• Vista Point:

Contributed to a memorial content platform using Angular, NestJS, and MySQL. Led the frontend redesign based on Figma files, integrated AI-powered content translation, resolved bugs, and maintained AWS infrastructure.

• VistaGlobal:

Developed Python scripts for data analysis and automated export to Excel files. Built a React application to provide users with an interface for running scripts and viewing results. Deployed and hosted the solution on AWS.

• Led the development and implementation of a call center management application called Callbar. Implemented call center projects and phone systems, including systems configuration, software upgrades, and integrations for various clients, ensuring smooth deployment and functionality.

• Started as technical support agent for Avaya phone systems and Callbar call center application. after a year was promoted to development manager for Callbar application, managing a team of developers, implementing our call center at various client as well as resolving technical issues and problems for customers, both remotely and on-site.
• IBS Technologies was bought by Partner. continuing working in the same role in Partner.

• Diagnosed program malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective solutions. Documented and maintained detailed records of support requests, escalations and actions taken.

• Opened and managed a photography studio with a partner. Provided professional photography sessions, events photography and prints. filled the professional technical photography role, ensuring high quality products and output.
