Led and managed two teams of engineers (6 backend, 2 data scientists, 2 ML engineers) that were responsible for the entire content life cycle of a news application with 6 million daily active users. Directed the backend team in building scalable content ingestion, moderation, and serving infrastructure and led the ML team in designing and implementing ranking algorithms that increased overall CTR and engagement metrics by large margins. Continued to drive technical excellence, talent growth, and the adoption of cutting-edge architectural paradigms.

As R&D team lead at Justt, responsible for managing the research and development process, including the implementation of integration by building ETL processes from many data sources. Successfully developed unique solutions for merchants to seamlessly fetch their data. Continuously monitored and optimized R&D processes for efficiency and effectiveness, staying up-to-date on industry trends. Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, resulting in successful execution of multiple R&D projects. Additionally, I have experience leading and mentoring the team, setting goals and objectives, and managing project timelines to ensure deliverables are met on schedule.

Design and develop a system of multiple microservices from scratch that manages the company's main revenue funnels. On the infrastructure side – K8S, Docker and CI/CD process. The programming side – Node.js, Nestjs, module based development, Mysql and Redis.

Developing the company's framework as well as integrating with the client side and creating an API to support our live application.

Working mainly with Couchbase and Mysql.
