-Knowledge of our own beers and rotating cocktail menu
-Handle food and drink orders in a timely manor
-Handle incoming take out orders via phone
-Maintain bar cleanliness

-taking customers orders and running food to the tables
-running checkout at end of night
-assist servers/bartenders during the shift
-hold preshift with team before dinner service to help prep the night
-count cash drawer at end of shift

-help guests check into inn upstairs

-Maintain a clean working space

-Basset License
