As a union steward, I dealt with many conflicts between labor and exhibitors during the setup and dismantle of tradeshows. I became very skilled in conflict resolution, focusing on advocating for workers' rights, while I maintained workplace safety and facilitated communications fairly with exhibitors.

Leadership is something I have always exhibited, and over time, I learned to really listen to those with whom I was speaking, which in turn improved my overall communication skills. These skills proved my ability to monitor policy implementation and advocate for workers', ensuring effective communication channels between employees, management, and exhibitors for streamlined issue resolution.

I've always been a highly motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills.
