I’m highly skilled Telecom Engineer with over 14 years of experience and knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G RAN Integration, Solutions and Operations. Besides my RAN Experience, I have good knowledge and Experience on IP, Transmission, Core, Cloud, and NMS Systems. Recently I was working as a Customer Technical Manager in Ericsson MMEA team. Using my technical, leadership, management knowledge and skills, I was working to ensure our customers are receiving the best level of services and getting the best available solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. Before Ericsson I worked in Huawei company as RAN Integration and Support Engineer as part of North Africa Regional team, and in Nokia Siemens networks (NSN-Sudan Branch) as Field Maintenance Engineer. I supported a lot of Telecom operators in Middle East and Africa, including STC KSA, MOBILY KSA, Zain Sudan, MTN Sudan, Sudani Telecom Sudan, Vodafone Egypt, Mobilis Algeria, Ethio Telecom, Djibouti Telecom, and VivaCell South Sudan. I have wide experience in projects and services delivery including Network design, Network Rollout, Customer Support, and Managed Service. I’m a PMP Certified since 2020 and I have finished my MBA Master program by 2022.
