While working as a caregiver, I helped older people with health problems to carry out daily routine tasks:

• Supported daily hygiene needs of patients by assisting with bathing, dressing, dental care, skin, hair and personal grooming.
• Cleaned house, laundered items, changed sheets and made bed to keep patients' bedroom clean. I dusted, washed the floor, vacuumed, washed the windows clean the toilet, and completed weekly grocery shopping.
• Cooked meals and assisted patients with eating tasks to support healthy nutrition, feeding needs, helping to overcome, and adapt to mobility restrictions.
• Replaced bandages, dressings, and binders to care for wounds and encourage healing.
• Recorded patients pulse, blood pressure and respirations to assess and document important health information.
• Implemented physical therapy to support patient improvement in muscle tone, range of motion and injury recovery.
• Provided compassionate and patient-focused care to cultivate well-being.
• Turned and positioned bedbound patients to prevent bedsores and maintain comfort levels.
• Contributed to a positive atmosphere for patients by using effective communication and active listening skills.
• Ensured timely and safe transportation of patients to medical appointments, events and activities or social engagements, and shopping trips, enhancing their ability to maintain an active lifestyle outside the home setting.

• I communicated with customers and restaurants while delivering food, and assisted customers in using the food ordering system. In addition, I supervised the process of safe delivery of food to customers.
