CRM System Development, Benjamin Tech Nonprofit - Scholarship

• Developed a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for the nonprofit organization Benjamin Tech as part of a scholarship program. The CRM system helps manage customer information and interactions.
• The system included interfaces for documenting meetings, calls, and correspondence with customers. It also enabled data analytics and sales tracking capabilities.
• The project contributed significantly and led to meaningful improvements and streamlining of the organization's day-to-day operations.
