In additional to proofreading duties, due to the change in the company's positioning from localizing and operating to premium games publisher, I am acting as a community manager of premium projects.

• Set, plan and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts

• Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams

• Localization editing and adaptation translated texts to fit them in the various games on different platforms - web, client, mobile.
• Localization testing, text bugs fixing, reporting functional bugs.
• Proofreading mistakes in games and other texts.
• Work in MS Office, CAT-tools, Notepad++, Jira, Asana, Slack

• Greeted guests at front desk and engaged in pleasant conversations while managing check-in process.
• Updated customer accounts with add-on room charges, including minibar use and room service bills.
• Completed late check-ins and directed guests to rooms and facilities.
• Immediately contacted housekeeping staff and maintenance department regarding guest room issues.
• Explained details regarding property, including restaurants, pool area, spa and fitness center to acclimate patrons to resort environment.

Shop range was presented with replicas of Medieval armors and weapons. My responsibility was to consult customers about range, to accept orders and took payment.

Communicating with players, preparing forum events, resolving conflicts in the game and at the forum, basic support and game moderating, bug reporting, basic localization editing.
