The company functions as the general contractor at the international Intel project at Kirat Gat (FAB 38)
Project was conducted and managed using BIM interface throughout the project life cycle
Experience in executing and communicating workflows and processes in large teams in a fast-paced environment
All scope of work was conducted in Hebrew and English
Scope and responsibilities: Managing local and international rebar suppliers and all necessary coordination with an American subcontractor
Tracking and managing all rebar procurement and change orders for the project: Roughly 80,000 tons for a sum total of 360 Million NIS
Purchasing bulk rebar orders from a Turkish rebar supplier and overseeing all logistical aspects required for this operation
Management of the project's pile cage supply system starting at the fabrication phase at the factory, offsite storage, inventory and supply to onsite subcontractors
Leading and managing all communication and coordination meetings between designer, subcontractors and owner
Scope's document control manager including RFI's, IFF's and submittal logs
Coordination of pre pour walks
Project's envelope scope manager including roof's sealing system and external cladding
Dealing with international suppliers including bulk orders, budget management, invoices and delivery coordination.
Coordinated with architects and owners about project requirements, budgets and contractor requirements.
Filed and maintained all subcontractor documentation for future reference.
