BA in Labor studies with Communication and recruitment graduate with proven knowledge of full cycle recruiting the candidate and from sourcing to deep interviewing methodology. Bring with me Sourcing Skills, Candidate Screening Communication Skill, Relationship Building, Team Collaboration and the ability to understand the objectives and achievements of the organization in order to determine whether candidates are potential for positions or not. My work experience background as a kindergarten assistant, supermarket janitor, and waitress provided me with information and developed my abilities in order to be a junior recruiter role, particularly in terms of communication skills, working under high pressure and Customer service. My experience made me foster open dialogue and adapt communication styles to build strong relationships with the people. My desire and passion to learn new sourcing tools in order to advance in my field make me suitable as a recruiter in the organization and help me understand more about the personality of the candidates and accept them or not for work. Seeking a suitable position as a junior recruiter to use my sourcing and communication skills and expertise in Job Boards Social Media Platforms, Video Interviewing Platforms, Training and Learning Platforms: tools that I gained from my undergraduate work study studies at Tel Aviv University. I start my studies in November with a master's degree in Labour studies and I am looking for a part-time position for students.
