Before I started to work in the wineries and laboratories, I used to work in hospitality. I went through almost all positions at the hall (waiter, bartender, barista, sommelier, up to restaurant manager) and at the kitchen (from simple cook to sous-chef). So I have good stress management, communication and teamwork skills due to specifics of hospitality business. Also I am good at inventory and sanitation.
