Responsible for developing and implementing an annual culture and art program for Kishorit's 200 residents; who are adults with a variety of needs and abilities (previously referred to as "people with special needs").
Managing an annual budget of 2,500,000 NIS. (approx. 660,000 USD).
Employment and supervision of 14 professional instructors in various art, culture and sports branches as well as 18 annually-changing volunteers.
Ensuring all practice complies with national guidelines, as drawn by the Ministry of Health and the Office of Social Services.

Member of a multi-disciplinary team of Ethiopian and international consultants, employed to conduct field research and write a report to the World Bank and Ethiopian government. In preparation for a large scale road and infrastructure upgrade , the needs of local populations (mostly nomadic tribes in the regions of Affar and Tigray) were researched and mapped in details.
Conducted four months field work in northern Ethiopia with nomadic tribes and villagers, using the services of local translators, then several months writing recommendation and liaising with Ethiopia Ministry of Education employees and World Bank project managers.
As a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, trained and certified over 250 divers at all levels: from Open Water to Dive Master qualifications.
