Senior associate in the International Tax group. Advised Israeli clients with international operations and foreign clients with Israeli interests, coordinated with foreign legal teams and provided timely, tailored solutions to clients.

Researched current tax issues related to Israeli trusts, new immigrant tax rules, and VAT applicable to cross-border services.

Contributed to drafting of article published by tax partner on changes to tax rules applicable to olim.

Advised clients across various industries in corporate tax planning, local and international tax consulting, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign investment transactions. Some relevant experience included:

- Researching and drafting thorough legal memos on tax consequences of different investment structures;

- Advising a Canadian pension fund on the tax aspects of the acquisition of a 49.99% stake in a Chilean subsidiary for more than USD 1 billion;

- Assisting national and foreign companies on the determination of the tax implications of their work incentive programs, including performance bonuses and stock option plans;

- Participating on the acquisition by a foreign airline of 10% of a Chilean airline for USD 613 million; and

- Providing ongoing corporate tax and VAT advice to a global aviation services company.

Co-authored Chilean Chapter to WSG’s International Comparative Legal Guides: Corporate Tax 2019.

Contributed to Doing Business - The World Bank’s Chilean section for the 2014, 2015 and 2017 editions.
