I am a dedicated Sport and Recreation Management student with a Communications minor at the University of Iowa, graduating in May 2027. I am passionate about live event production, fan engagement, and creating high-energy sporting environments that deliver an unforgettable experience. Having played hockey for 17 seasons, I have grown up in rink environments and genuinely enjoy being at the rink every day. My long-term involvement in the sport has given me a strong understanding of hockey culture, game flow, and the energy that makes live games special. Through my experiences in coaching, sports management, and team-based activities, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills that translate well to fast-paced game operations.
I would love to learn more and thrive in team-oriented environments because I enjoy working behind the scenes to help execute promotions, coordinate participants, and contribute to a seamless game-day atmosphere. My background has prepared me to think quickly, stay organized under pressure, and interact professionally with fans, staff, and performers.
I will be living in Iowa City from September 2026 through April 2027 and have reliable transportation to and from the Iowa River Landing in Coralville. I also maintain a flexible schedule and am fully available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and all home games as required.
I am eager to contribute energy, creativity, and a strong work ethic to the Game Operations Department while gaining hands-on experience in professional sports event production.
