Head technician for mold remediation, repair, and preventatives. I give assessments of contaminated sites for remediation planning. This can involve containment, ventilation and understanding of what chemical to use with what materials. I make sure what damaged material is pulled out and existing undamaged structure is treated. I take care of excess moisture, ventilation and adding preventatives to maintain low moisture issues. Other skills I have gained from this job.

Plumbing: we plumb out sump pumps and dehumidifiers along with removing plumbing like toilets sinks and some water lines.

Vapor barriers: wrapping crawl spaces in plastic barriers.

Carpet cleaning: we began professionally cleaning carpet.

Wired attic vents with switches to regulate humidity and temperature levels.

Drywall is a main repair we do Hvac isn't something I do a lot but I have added trunks and sealed up leaks.

securing basement walls that are sagging with resin straps and sealing cracks in foundation.

Managed day-to-day operations, maintained company vehicles, and cleaned the shop.
