• Perform basic patient care under RN supervision, including vital signs, blood glucose monitoring, intake/output, ADLs, and mobility assistance while maintaining patient dignity and safety
• Support patients with pain management, post-operative care, and fall-risk precautions
• Observe and promptly report changes in patients’ physical, mental, and emotional status to nursing staff
• Utilize critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Communicate effectively with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond to call lights and telephones using professional communication and etiquette
