• As the immediate care clinics announced a new system, my manager chose me to become the Epic superuser at the Bloomingdale location to educate staff on the new program and ensure a smooth transition.
• I spent time with other superusers learning the new system and practicing on the Epic simulation website.
• After the launch of the latest update, I trained the staff, answered any questions, and made myself available on my days off to help with any problems.

• As an orientation leader, I contributed to creating team-bonding games and gave campus tours for the incoming class of 2021.
