The projects spanned studying various aspects of exercise physiology and oxygen signaling through the lens of circadian biology. Performed in vivo and in vitro studies using biochemical and biomolecular assays: mouse genotyping, SDS PAGE, Real time PCR, ELISA assays, calorimetric assays, Immunohistochemisty (IHC); mouse behavioural experiments: metabolic cages, treadmill endurance tests, ex vivo bioluminescence tracking; and computational expertise in bulk and single-cell RNA sequencing analysis. The work was acknowledged in several peer reviewed journals including Nature.

Worked in team environment to maintain high levels of productivity. Mentored several masters and PhD students to develop personal leadership skills. Attended several prestigious internationals conferences and symposiums and won awards for best talks and posters.

The Bio-protocol Ambassador Program aims to create a small community of scientists who are passionate about reproducibility, to help us share our vision. We want to promote the discussion of the ideas we are passionate about, including experimental reproducibility, open science, and use of preprints. Developed and maintained extensive network of community contacts, resulting in increased visibility.

Worked on the development of the nervous system of the marine midge Clunio marinus (Diptera: Chironomidae).

Developed a tool to study in vivo cellular trafficking in Zebrafish epidermis.

Developed a simplified protocol for culture of murine neonatal cardiomyocytes on keratin coated surfaces culture.

Examined the effects of CART peptide on the olfactory neural circuits for attraction of amino acids using behavioral assays in Zebrafish.
