• Main task - reliability qualification of passive, active, electro-mechanical components according to reliability standards, for new and ongoing projects that already in mass-production.
• Failure Analysis of components that failed reliability tests, returned from the field through RMA process, or production-line issues, using non-destructive and destructive techniques.
• Evaluation of failure signature/mode through failure simulation according to operating conditions.
• Visits to production line of possible and existing components suppliers. More of a technical discussion as part of an audit and solving ongoing issues.

Repairs of audio equipment on component level, including analog and SMPS circuits.
