I have many years of being an experienced leader with strong background in guiding teams, managing complex projects, and achieving strategic objectives. Strong focus on adaptability, and delivering results under challenging and changing conditions under pressure while providing hands-on teamwork to correct solution.

• The deepest I've achieved has been 42' in the ground putting a lift station in for sanitary.
• My biggest accomplishment is for Western Utilities, recovering a bore that went wrong through rock that had broke. I went 38' deep through rock and recovered the rock head that cost $67,000. Then reconnected up the rods while completing the project on the deadline with no financial loss.
• Largest single job I ever started and completed was 20 mile of water main in the town of Limestone, IL.
• I also have lowered and relocated miles of fiber optic for Western Utilities and Electric Conduit Construction making both the companies extensive profit while completing the job ahead of schedule.
• The broadway avenue project in Chicago, IL for Electric Conduit Construction, I ran 5 crews while being the bottom and foreman on a sixth crew. Then trained a guy of their choice to be the superintendent, because at that point in time I did not want that position, all while still completing the project on time and in budget.
