  • Prepares and reviews forms, charts and reports such as injury reports, restraint reports, daily living area reports etc. ensuring information is accurate and submitted within required timeframes.
  • Prepares supply requisitions.
  • Follows up and reports any issues or concerns with supervisor.
  • Implements, directs, and monitors disciplinary action for the residential department.
  • Travels in the performance of job duties.
  • Reviews physical plant to ensure equipment in in good repair and proper working order, areas are clean and homelike, painting/repair work has been completed.
