Lead Functional Pit Project

• The Pit is fully functional with multiple departments having access to storage space.

• Assisted in the installation of new machinery and equipment.
• Developed safe practices and processes for each step in Cent Cast.
• Ran samples and trials on coatings, inoculant, pour temperatures and pouring methods.
• Wrote manual for safe job procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures..
• Instituted 20 min hand-over meetings between shifts to discuss maintenance issues emergent and preventative, time off requests, machine maintenance, picking up inserts, and part counts.
