-Monks Pub is a high volume pub located in the south loop of Chicago that specializes in trappiste and Belgium beers. However, we brag an extensive craft beverage menu that also includes craft cocktails, wine, NA options, and progressive offerings, like thc and cbd beverages.

Daily duties include making food and beverage recommendations, expediting ticket times, running food, taking orders, and settling payments. The pace requires quick, but calm decision making, while moving with intention.
