• Lead a team of 13 people around the world staffing the Economic Evaluation unit of Enel GreenPower, guiding them in order to excel in their job and as professionals and ensure the quality of the deliverables of the unit.
• The main role of the Economic Evaluation unit is to perform the financial evaluation of greenfield and M&A projects supporting the management in their investment decision, and support the finance team for the successful financing of the projects.
• During this period I was able to oversee the valuation - and analyze all critical aspects - of more than12 bln€ worth of investments in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Asia and Africa.

I acted as a consultant on BD, technology and valuation aspects for MiniWind, an exclusive dealer of Endurance wind turbines and a small-wind project developer.

• The main responsibilities included the performance of most activities of the Economic Evaluation unit described above on a European level.

• The main responsibilities included the performance of financial evaluation of greenfield and M&A projects in Greece.
• Also run a market analysis for the potential introduction of household PV installer franchise of EGP in Greece, customizing the services offered and evaluating possible partners for this venture.

• Monitoring the performance of all wind and hydro power plants under EGP Greece, analyzing faults, fault trends, power curve deviations, and relevant data.

Founding member of SureDigit (2 person startup). The startup created ForestAngel, an in-house developed and patented forest fire detection system.

• Worked as a project manager, having a range of responsibilities during the start-up phase of the Renewables division of Enel in Greece.
