  • Designed 60kV Circuit Breaker installation and a brand new control enclosure. Role included designing relaying, protection schemes, control enclosure layout, station service, and all required indoor equipment.
  • Managed project logistics, design, and client interactions for 60kV bus rebuild, including installation of static VAR compensator and 60/2.9kV transformer to optimize electrical infrastructure.
  • Executed 30% design of substation bus arrangements for competitive transmission project, focusing on alteration of existing 500kV ring bus to BAAH configuration in brownfield setting, and adding an additional Ring bus position in another brownfield setting.
  • Various scoping efforts including 500/230kV Transformer Relay upgrades, primary bus/conductor ampacity limitations and required upgrades, and 230kV control enclosure addition for 230kV bus differential upgrades.
  • Regular quality checks completed on new packages for other engineers both in California and other offices
