  • -How to utilize the Heimlich Maneuver and CPR for adults, children, and infants.
  • -How to do CPR if I have a partner, but also how to preform it if I am alone.
  • -How to correctly work and utilize a defibrillator.
  • -How to use an ambu (artificial manual breathing unit) bag.
  • -How to decipher what kind of help the victim needs and give my best to keep them breathing and their heart breathing while making sure emergency services are being called at the same time.
  • I completed my last BLS certificate on November, 2024 and every 2 years I go back to the Red Cross to get an updated class.
