• (Chemistry, Hematology, Blood bank, Co-angulate and Urine analysis)
• Run QC, maintaining lab equipment and calibration and document it in the QC log.
• Result analysis to ensure accuracy of laboratory findings.
• Analyzed samples of biological material for chemical content or reaction
• Blood smear preparation & staining (Wright-Giemsa)
• Examine blood samples using blood group, blood type and compatibility for transfusions purposes.
• Working with Sysmex, siemens.

• 10 Color Immunophenotyping Testing Flow Cytometry analysis using (NAVIOS).
• BM ASSEST (Helping MD’s collecting the BM samples by preparing the smears for BM Aspirate, Peripheral blood and Touch-preps.
• Reagent preparations (Sterile & Non-Sterile).
• Surface & Cytoplasmic Add-ons.
• Intracytoplasmic staining by Flow Cytometer.
• Antibody Dilutions & Antibody Parallels.
• Sample Accessioning.
• Manual Aliquoting.
