Supporting industries in Agricultural, Industrial and Commercially to exceed customer requirement's with safety and quality control always first. John Deere, Caterpillar, Daimler Ag, Blue Bird corporation being our front line customer's. Extensive knowledge of welding and cutting techniques, materials, equipment and fabrication. Analyze work orders and blueprints to determine need for supplies and sequence operations. Inspect employee's jobs to maintain specified standards and quality control. Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support to the employees in operation of equipment. Supervise fitting and assembly of structural frames. Educate employees of the company, safety processes, and procedure's with possible health hazards and precautionary measures needed. Maintain that OSHA and MSDS standards are always followed.
