  • Leading pivotal medical research teams within the IDF's Trauma and Combat Medicine division, with a focus on October 7th research, military healthcare innovation, and female integration in combat roles.
  • Head of the October 7th Research Team, overseeing a 15-member group including doctors, data scientists, and medical students.
  • Leading a groundbreaking research initiative focused on women in combat medicine, analyzing their roles as pioneers on the battlefield.
  • Developed a strategic framework for the integration of women in high-stakes combat roles, now adopted by the Medical Corps and the IDF General Staff.
  • Formulated a learning strategy based on the events of October 7th to guide future preparedness and response efforts.
  • Represented the IDF at the MHSRH (Military Health System Research Symposium), delivering lectures, fostering international collaborations, and spearheading new joint initiatives.

  • Raised 2.5 million NIS in donations and secured partnerships with the Jewish National Fund (JNF) to implement the program in their supported communities.
