Sydni Hostetter

Despite my work experience being lack luster that does not mean you should doubt my abilities. Through my volunteering experience I learned many valuable lessons and experiences that I now apply to my daily life. I learned how to manage time effectively, do my part as a leader and or helper as well as, how to communicate with a team and problem solve. Through my experience I also learned that I love working with a team and coming together to work the most efficient way possible. I also learned that I loved being able to help people as I believe that it helps build up our community and spreads kindness. Although I am still a high-school student I am willing to be flexible with my time as well and bring to the table what is needed of me. I will always pull my weight no matter what.
