Enterprise Architecture Repository Transition & Business Continuity

• Led the transition from a legacy EA repository to a new enterprise tool during the rollout phase
• Built a Power BI–based interim repository to replicate legacy functionality and keep business running when the new tool was delayed by 6+ months
• Avoided the need for a temporary replacement tool, saving the company $200K+
• Maintained and managed EA data without an active repository, updating data directly at the database level and connecting it to Power BI for secure access
• Delivered multi-page Power BI reports, including:
• Application ownership
• Lifecycle and end-of-support timelines
• Technology and application inventories with easy-to-use filters
• Completed the full migration from the legacy EA system to the new tool, ensuring clean and accurate data
• Created user training documents and process guides, explaining how to use the new tool and key terminology differences from the legacy system
• Power Apps–Driven ARB / SRB Determination & Compliance Automation
• Designed and developed a custom Canvas Power App to automate ARB,SRB & TRB determination process, avoiding a $200K+ external solution and saving Enterprise Architects significant time by eliminating manual meeting determination and Well-Architected Framework (WAF) score calculations.
• Built dynamic questionnaires with backend logic that automatically determine review type, route users to the correct workflow, prefill submission details, assign Architects, and send confirmation emails
• On SRB request, App redirects to conduct Well-Architected Framework (WAF) assessments to ensure cloud solutions are secure, reliable, cost-efficient, and operationally sound by evaluating 26 enterprise architecture and security policies.
• Automated WAF compliance scoring, excluding non-applicable responses and calculating compliance percentages in the background to determine status and next steps
• Persisted all results to SharePoint Online using Patch() functions and generated structured email summaries for users and assigned Architects

Ongoing Responsibilities & Operational Ownership

• Manage and coordinate ARB, SRB, and TRB intake, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely progression of requests through governance processes
• Track review requests end-to-end and follow up with Architects and stakeholders to ensure completion, functioning in a Scrum Master–like role to remove blockers and maintain momentum
• Serve as the sole Enterprise Architecture Analyst on the team, independently managing:
• All Power Apps and Power BI development
• Data modeling, testing, deployment, and production support
• Design, build, test, and deploy solutions independently, with Architects participating only in final validation and user acceptance testing
• Develop and maintain multiple governance and operational dashboards, including:
• ARB, SRB, and TRB Metrics reports to track request ownership, status, turnaround time, and architect workload
• Produce additional ad-hoc dashboards and reports as needed to support leadership visibility, operational tracking, and decision-making
