As a branch manager at Primerica, I recruited, licensed, and trained a sales team that was number 14 out of 6,032 offices in North America in terms of monthly sales volume. This led to me being the youngest, and fastest, person ever promoted to Regional Vice President in our network. As a Regional Vice President I have helped develop systems to ensure our agents can identify, communicate with, and close new client accounts, while maintaining phenomenal relationships with our current book of business.
Created and implemented a system to recruit, license, and train a team of agents in the investment and insurance industry. My role was to not only ensure we met our monthly sales goals, but to also excel those marks year to year by growing our sales force, improving our process, and leading the implementation of new systems. In addition to developing our team I was also responsible for personally acquiring new client accounts for the firm.
