System Design Engineering roles:

• Create distribution design sketches and supporting documents per Client’s distribution design guidelines and standards.
• Specify distribution construction standards.
• Specify necessary materials per Client distribution construction standards.
• Support distribution designers with customer related issues and expectations.
• Prepare new drawings utilizing AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Utility Design methods
• Field inspects pole locations.
• Stake pole locations.
• Create unique tracking numbers for each pole/project location.
• Coordinate with Client’s internal stakeholders including Construction, Civil Inspection, Forestry, Public
• Maintain knowledge of current procedural/process documents.
• Create and update process documents as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation of project correspondence, project schedules/timelines
• Provide professional and timely communication with the client, other contractors, and utility customers as well as other project stakeholders

Safety Representative for Rivian:

Responsible for facilitating compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines.

Team Member in Metal Finishing Body Department

Manufacture from structures made from aluminum alloy and ultra strength steel. Maintain a high quality level of electric vehicles for customers.

Responsible for recording live events and small scale video productions for multiple social media influencers on large platforms.

• Produce drawings using computer-assisted drafting systems (CAD) or drafting machines and other drafting devices.
• Work directly with engineering staff, and customers to produce drawings from sketches, existing drawings, and electronic images, along with written and verbal instructions.
• Work from customer drawings, company drawings, vendor drawings or specifications.
• Work closely with all departments in the company to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information and are error free.
• Review rough sketches, drawings, and other engineering data received from engineers to ensure that they conform to design concepts.
• Determine the order of work and method of presentation per job.
• Correlate, interpret, and modify data obtained from marked up prints, spread sheets, notes, surveys, or rough sketches.
• Draft clear plans and detailed drawings for structures and construction projects.
• Excellent at Autocad 2010 and above & also Microstation v8i

Specific Responsibilities also include:

• Updates Drawing Database for the substations at power plants
• Cable TABS for the substations at power plants
• Checks drawings in/out for the substation at power plants
• Assigns all substation drawing numbers at power plants
