• Recommend and initiate improvements to production processes to increase manufacturing efficiency.

Welding/Fabricating Duties:

• Cutting and building parts to specifications.
• Finish welding.
• TIG welding
• Disseminating work orders to proper staff members.
• Act as quality by double checking the parts and completed components.
• Weld/fabricate parts to order.

• Welded in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions.
• Maintained clean working environment by consistently organizing tools and equipment, promoting workplace safety.
• Demonstrated versatility in various welding methods including MIG and TIG.
• Fabricated shop parts directly from blueprints.

• Managed and operated the equipment used to unload and load grain to be exported.
• Worked outside in all weather conditions.
• Worked on an operated different types of machinery and equipment.
