Coordinate and troubleshoot power, cooling, and physical/network infrastructure (UPS systems, PDUs, port tracing, VLAN verification) in collaboration with network and facilities teams

• Worked with the desktop engineering team to build and maintain the IT infrastructure within for two head offices in Chicago and New York, as well as support daily technical support activities regarding desktop, data, and server management.
• - Performed patch change process for 3800 machines, by adhering to organizational policies of the month
• - Configure end-user software and troubleshoot for testing, while efficiently working through Citrix VDI and Skype.
• - Worked with PowerShell, Altiris Management Console, IGEL OS systems, GPOs, SysTrack daily.
