Summary

I would consider myself a seasoned Farmer, as I have spent my entire life on various farms. I grew up in Shipman, Illinois, and helped on orchards, dairy farms, and crop farms. I believe I have well-rounded experience in livestock, crop cultivation, and some farm machinery operation. I have spent years polishing and mastering certain areas of agriculture and I come equipped with comprehensive knowledge of sustainable farming methods and organic agriculture. I have spent the last 4 years demonstrating and improving my leadership skills by managing farm operations , as well as farm education, successfully. I have proven over time, the ability to implement innovative techniques for increased productivity and cost efficiency. I believe I am skilled in problem-solving and decision-making under challenging situations, and I am able to manage my own work load without being prompted. I believe there is so much in the agricultural world left to learn, and I would love to have the opportunity to really dive in, and do it at full capacity.
