With my work ethic, I was immediately loved by my advisors and managers as I could work quickly and without issue. I learned valuable skills that would later help me as I eventually became an advisor myself. Knowing these skills made me a great advisor, not only understanding the job but being able to describe the job to customers in an easy to grasp way made sales much easier. However as the months passed I started to lose my grip because I wasn't moving anywhere. I made mistakes, which eventually led to me being let go.
