I believe my greatest strength is my adaptability. Multiple times during my employment with Instacredit we made company wide system changes. This resulted in the need for adaptation in ticket writing, billing, and on site inventory management. Each time this happened I worked closely with upper management to oversee these transitions, learning the systems quickly myself while guiding and training others to implement the same changes. I still currently am considered a problem solver for my company. I now even currently have had a position created for myself to primarily focus on company problem solving and adaptability allowing the ease of transitions for new policies and procedures as they arise.
