ADMINISTRATIVE LEADERSHIP & OPERATIONS

  • Collaborate with Department Heads, Team Leaders, and Academic Affairs to support the academic schedule, including homeroom assignments and subject-area placements.
  • Oversee daily middle school operations in partnership with the Middle School Assistant, including faculty attendance, substitute coverage, and duty assignments.
  • Serve as a member of the Middle School Student Support Team and Divisional Response Team, contributing to coordinated responses to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional student needs.
  • Serve on the Academic Council, Middle School Admissions Committee, all Middle School hiring committees, and other committees as assigned.
  • Assist with oversight and management of the Learning Management System (LMS), working closely with the Communications Office and Information Technology.
  • Partner with the Middle School Director to serve as a liaison to the Development Office, supporting programmatic gifts and initiatives in collaboration with donors and academic departments.
