  • Started off learning the Corporate side of things and was put on the Fair Lending Team at first
  • Reviewed each deal for accurate lending practices and made sure that the markup was only 1%
  • Assisted stores with filling out the documents required in this process to make sure the store was in compliance
  • As I grew, I started to build up the Title Auditing Program and picked up Bank Relations to help all stores avoid buybacks. Bank Relations has been a huge part of my job now.
  • Over the time I was also able to pick up communicating with the stores in regards to Equipment Discrepancies
  • Since the Title Team has grown I oversee all the sheets and make sure workflow is sufficient
  • This past year also started travelling to stores to assist with any title related back ups they were having and was able to complete anything they needed
