• Additionaly, the Business Accelerator team runs Future Tech, monday.com's emerging talent internship program, providing top Israeli Computer Science students invaluable industry exposure and financial support through scholarships, nurturing the next generation of tech professionals.

• As program manager, I partnered with multiple cross-functional stakeholders such as recruiting and engineering leadership in leading and scaling Meta's best-in-class internship program in both Tel Aviv and APAC
• Key accomplishments: - Following the internship class of 2022, 60+ Intern (hiring) Managers rated my work as Program Manager as 100% satisfactory - Led, developed, and evolved the existing internship program in Tel Aviv and APAC - Worked cross-functionally with senior engineering managers, HRBPs, recruiting and hiring managers to identify and assess emerging talent development needs - Seamlessly worked with our global emerging talent team to ensure consistent program content and delivery - Partnered with the DE&I partners, Employee Network Groups and site leadership to ensure the best local delivery of the internship program.

• Spearheaded Google for Startups Israel's Residency Acceleration cohorts as well as additional international work such the Advisor In Residence program, Global Experts Exchange and a host of countless diversity-focused programs offered by Google to the local startup ecosystem.

• Google's Mind The Gap program is an education outreach effort aimed at encouraging female high-school students to choose an academic Computer Science path
• Studies have shown an increase of 40% of female students signing up for CS majors in participating schools
• In addition, as global lead, I expanded the program to four new global locations: UK, France, Italy and Turkey.

• A Program Lead recognized for spearheading the creation of the Israeli Google Teacher Academy and country wide train-the-trainer programs in cooperation with the Google for Education team in Israel, reaching 3000+ teachers in 3 years
• Developed strategies to provide solutions to local educational needs, teachers sourcing, external comms, and assumed responsibility for logistics and content decisions.
