I am currently employed with Target Distribution as a full-time Warehouse Associate. My duties as a Warehouse Associate include:

• Performing tasks such as repetitive reaching, bending and lifting safely, demonstrating an understanding of proper body ergonomics and compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Frequently lifting up to 60lbs
• Receiving, processing, and packing freight
• Equipment operation of pallet jacks and use of Zebra scanning systems
• Collaborating with team members to meet daily goals

I was with Sinnissippi Centers, Inc. as Residential Apartment Support staff providing support to individuals struggling with mental illness, as well as performing clerical work and cleaning the building. My job duties here included:

• Providing individual counseling and group services
• Displaying empathy, patience, compassion and respect towards residents, demonstrating an understanding of complex and sensitive mental health issues, validating residents whilst maintaining professional boundaries
• Medication distribution and management, completing med-training with residents
• Utilizing programs such as Microsoft Office and Credible to log/bill services and maintain a schedule
• Nightly cleaning, sanitization, and supervision of the apartment site

I started at Culver's in 2019 and was promoted to Crew Trainer in 2021, then to Crew Leader in 2022. During my time at Culver's my job duties included:

• Providing excellent guest service and hospitality by maintaining a positive and professional attitude, keeping guest areas clean, and ensuring orders were delivered with speed and quality in mind
• Training of new hires in both back and front of house
• Supervising and leading a crew in the kitchen 5 nights a week; hosting a clean, respectful, and supportive environment to nurture teamwork and success during the shift
• Delivering disciplinary actions via verbal and written warnings
• Ensuring company procedures were executed properly and that safety and food-safety standards were followed and upheld
• Proper cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of industrial kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, refrigerators, custard hoppers and dishwashers. At one point, our regional corporate inspector commended my attention to detail and cleanliness, stating that I had the "cleanest back of house" he had seen in the region.
