- Greeted and introduced myself to all guests in my section. Mentioned any specials and took their drink/appetizer order.
- Made any drinks, put in appetizer order, and grabbed any bar drinks to deliver to my table.
- At this time, I allow some time to look over the menu, greet my other tables, get there drinks. and send their appetizers to the kitchen. I then get the main order of the previous table and pre bus wherever needed.
- I put in any remaining orders, run any food, pre bus, re-set my section, and ask for desert and coffee!!!!

- I did everything from Host when needed, answered phones, did to-go's, I was the day-time server, as well as weekend double server.

- I was an all around go-to girl at this restaurant, and I learned a lot about the ins, and outs of every station in the building.
- Covid came and I did To-Go orders with one cook, and expo, packaged and delivered all food, while taking the next order!!!

- At this particular restaurant we turned tables of HUGE sections, while preparing any and all win/ beer, and toast of all kinds for each customer.
- This was the place that everybody knew what to order for their guest before they walked in to door.
- This was a super faced paced environment, where pre-bussing and re-setting our sections were also part of the job description, and if there wasn't steam rolling off that cup of coffee, we brought it back!
- We laughed and started the day pleasant for many many guests that came regularly!!
