• Take pictures of the children doing their activities for each day and post it on Brightwheel for the parents to know what their child was doing.
• Communicate with the parents through Brightwheel.

• Get with the other Director at the other location when I am having an issue to help me resolve the problem, if I am not able to do it myself.
• Make sure the lunch company brought all the food for the children and would contact the company if they missed anything, to have them bring it before its lunch time.
• Print and hand enrollment forms to new incoming parents.

• When a teacher calls off and there isn't any extra teachers, I step in to be the teacher for the day which would be infants or preschool.
• Train new staff hired by the owner.
• Conducted once a month fire drill for staff and children.

• Have all the paperwork up to date especially when it's time for inspections from the fire department, DCFS, pest control and health inspector.
