I moved to Illinois in 2023 and started working for Bear Family Restaurants as a Swing Manager and after 6 months i started my training to become an assistant manager, where my responsibilities were to be in charge of run a floor, do on boardings, hiring and training new people, as well as ensuring their attendance ( mostly high school age children ).

• Directed and led employees, supervising activities to drive productivity and efficiency.
• Interviewed prospective employees and provided input to HR on hiring decisions.
• Maintained inventory accuracy by counting stock-on-hand and reconciling discrepancies.

I was volunteer in a child care at a Church for a short period of time as the schedule interfered with my full time job; however, i gained a lot of experience on top of having my own children.
