• Lead multidisciplinary product development from KOM to serial production (specs, SOW, Gantt, ECO/ECP).
• NPI & DfX engineering: drawings, material selection, standards, validation tests.
• Technical ownership of composite materials and special manufacturing processes.
• Building and optimizing high-volume production lines and serial processes.
• Supplier and subcontractor management, failure analysis/MRB, and professional training.

Mechanical engineering department for aerospace products, including UAVs, loitering munitions, payloads and ground support equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary UAV and loitering-munition mechanical design across R&D and integration.
• Research and optimize UAV configurations under system and mission constraints.
• Perform detailed 3D design and modeling of airborne mechanisms and ground systems.
• Run structural, vibration, thermal and CFD analyses plus full-scale environmental tests.
• Conduct failure analysis on airborne systems and implement robust design corrections.

Design and automation department developing test systems and equipment for laboratories and semiconductor FABs for component testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mechanical design and modeling for lab and fab test equipment, including strength analyses, feasibility tests, prototypes and manufacturing drawings.
• End-to-end project ownership from customer requirements and needs analysis to deployment and product support.
• Development of temperature-control systems, mechanisms, jigs, pneumatics and electronic enclosures.
• Troubleshooting existing lab/fab systems and implementing engineering improvements with suppliers and global customers.

Maintenance department responsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance and optimization of component test laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift lead and senior maintenance technician in component test labs.
• Troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, thermal and optical systems.
• Cross-functional support and technical training for lab staff.
