Demonstrated exceptional multitasking and problem-solving abilities, ensuring a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.
In Jcpenny I started as a chashier as to get the flow of retail. Then I got raised to a key holder position where all the previous skills and responsibilities that I had as a cashier amplified and multiplied. As a men’s manager my job is to make sure the floor looks as nice as it possibly can be by pushing out freight, fixing the floor through moving and organizing already established fixtures, and making sure all the associates contribute to the detailing of the floor so it’s ready for the next day. In this positing I also got more responsibility when it came to costumer service as I’ve learned that in retail the customer should be treated as if they’re were home as we want them to shop with us all the time along with wanting to come back.
My first job ever was to be a sales floor associate in a small Italian shipped called Valli produce. Here I was responsible to push out product so that customers would get freshness.
