Promote a positive work environment among team members.
Taking blood samples for disease diagnosis, and filling out a laboratory form.
Administer daily health checks and care for animals, ensuring optimal wellbeing and comfort.
Maintain clean and sanitary living environments to promote animal health and prevent disease spread.

Experience in processing semen samples in the laboratory using Prism, Helix, and everything related to the processing station.
Experience evaluating cells in the acrosome room.
Experience using the semen-bagging machine to supply semen to sow farms.
Experience on Culligan system-related filter management.
Experience in managing the barn environment: barn ventilation, temperature, and humidity.
Euthanizing boars that lose quality of life, in accordance with animal welfare standards.
ISO management: unloading ISO trucks and loading cull boars.
ISO management: new board evaluations, health watch, vaccination schedule.
Management of the entry of supplies through the heat room, in accordance with the standards to maintain biosecurity.
Trained in the management of scheduling: farm manager weekly schedules, farm daily task schedules, and employee work schedules.
Trained in production management, boar conditioning procedures, dose management, ventilation management, cull management, safety, boar warranty, and biosecurity principles.
Trained in the management of supplies ordering, feed ordering, and ordering fuel.
Trained in month-end reporting, semen dose report, weekly KPI, environmental management, lagoon management and environmental awareness, pit management and operation, site care, and water usage.
Trained in HR processes: payroll, first report of injury, reasonable suspicion.
Trained in work order submission and preventive maintenance.
